Thank you so much for supporting our small business! Because each item is custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number. Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item or offer an appropriate resolution.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for incorrect sizes chosen at checkout. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

• We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, improper washing, or misuse of the product.

• Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.

We take pride in the quality of our products and inspect each item before it leaves our shop. If there is ever a true issue, we will make it right.
